From The Campground

Bottle Creek Campground is a small campground located in the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests & Thunder Basin National Grassland. The campground offers 16 small campsites (trailers less than 16 feet), picnic tables, toilets, fire grates, potable water, and trash cans. Popular recreational activities in the area include day hiking at Green Mountain Falls and Encampment River, fishing the Encampment and North Fork Encampment rivers, wildlife watching, and visiting the Continental Divide. Wildlife is common, so plan to keep a clean camp.
