The well-maintained facilities and friendly staff create a relaxing and enjoyable camping experience. The campground has a variety of sites to accommodate small and large campers. Restrooms are always clean and well-stocked. The campground is surrounded by tall cottonwood trees and breath-taking scenery, with the Encampment River flowing through it. The nearby hot springs are a great place to go for a soak. Guests can also enjoy fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. The Beartrap restaurant across the street from the campground offers great food and a fantastic value. Lazy Acres Campground & Motel is open from May through October and is an affordable and fantastic base camp for exploring beautiful Wyoming.
