This campground is located near Deer Creek and Platte River, though there is no access or view of the river. It is a quiet campground with large cottonwood trees on the outer border. Each site has a 12 x 24 concrete patio, 15 parking area and a 15 driveway, though none have picnic tables or fire pits. The utilities, including water (55 psi), electric (20/30/50) and sewer, all worked as needed. There is WiFi and cable, as well as satellite dish access. Wild turkeys roam the park, and the municipal park and hiking trails are nearby. Unfortunately, the park has been reported to have dirty conditions and cockroaches, and the management is terrible. There are also lots of permanent/long term campers, and visitors have reported loose dogs and loud vehicles. There is no game room, club house, pool, or kids play areas.
