Medicine Lodge Lake Campground is a remote campground located on the shores of Upper Medicine Lodge Lake. It offers 13 campsites (12 single sites and 1 double site) available on a first-come, first-served basis. The campground is open from June to Labor Day and has potable water and vault toilets. The nearby trailheads offer access to the Cloud Peak Wilderness. The campground is operated by Gallatin Canyon Campgrounds.
