From The Campground
Jack Creek Campground is a remote campground located in Shoshone National Forest. It hosts five sites nestled in a small valley between Piney Pass and Phelps Mountain. The trailhead area has parking, hitching rails, corrals, and feeders. The campground is open year-round, weather permitting, and has a 16-day stay limit. There is no water available at the site, and it is not accessible to persons with mobility impairments. The site has no cell service. Stock can be watered in Jack Creek or the Greybull River. Livestock are not allowed in the campground but may pass through to access trails or parking. Stock trailers should be parked in the trailhead or horse camping area. Loose stock is not allowed. Maximum spur 32 feet.
