The campground is located in Shell, Wyoming, just outside of Big Horn National Forest. Its a beautiful campground, with a friendly camp host, and well-maintained sites. The cabins and tents are booked up for the night, but the sites are clean and well-maintained, with a laundry room available. There is a Shell Store with delicious food and baked goods. The RV sites are on large gravel, with two green areas for tents and cabins. The sites are close together, but the people are friendly and helpful. The campground is conveniently located near the Big Horn Mountains, and the town of Shell is a cute little town with deer grazing in some of the yards. The campground has a dedicated dog walking path, a community room, a restaurant, and a convenience store. There is no OTA television, but Verizon and AT&T service is good. Check-in and check-out times are enforced rigorously.
