GenieSummary
Located just 30 minutes away from Devils Tower National Monument, Mountain View RV Park & Campground sits within an industrial-commercial and residential zone but still manages to offer a nice quiet visit to the area. The park offers pull-through sites that are mostly gravel and dirt but doable, and while there is not much grass or shade, the weather is usually great, making a stay here very enjoyable. The hookups are good, and their Starlink service works great. The facilities are clean, the rules regarding cleaning up after yourself and pet owners are enforceable and appreciated, and they dont overcharge for propane. There is a pool, but it is only open when the skies are blue and is seen as more of a scam to entice visitors to stay. The upper row sites offer the most spacious sites, half of which are 50 amp. The restrooms are terrific, but watch out for the prime trip hazard entering the restroom. Overall, the RV park is well kept and maintained, the owners are great, and there are lots of activities to enjoy in the area. Mountain View RV Park & Campground is an excellent overnight stop, and even better if you had more time to explore the area.
