Hardridge Creek is a beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained campground with great amenities and stunning lakefront views. The sites are level, well spaced, and wooded with easy access to hiking and biking trails. Although there have been some reviews mentioning ant problems at some of the sites, it is important to note that insects are a common occurrence when camping and can often be managed with ant traps and sprays. The restrooms are dated but clean. Overall, it is a great park for walking or biking with lots of privacy and close proximity to the lake and surrounding areas, including Eufaula which is only 15 minutes away. It is easy to see why many visitors are eager to return to Hardridge Creek year after year.
