There were plenty of activities for the whole family, including fishing, water sports, hiking, geocaching, or just relaxing in the shade. The campground has a marina, swimming beaches, a little cafe, boat rentals, and horseback riding trails through the woods. All camp sites have water and power, and there are equine campsites available. There is a snack shack with pizza, sandwiches, burgers, and ice cream, a zip line, and the silo tower to explore. Cabins are available and premium campsites that have 50 amp service, water, sewer, cable, and waterfront access. The campground shows great appreciation for their military members currently serving with free entry to the regular park. There are plenty of paved roads for biking, and the staff was professional and friendly. Parking is tight but doable, and there are lots of walking trails in the area.

From The Campground
Wind Creek State Park offers a variety of camping options including camping cabins and glamping safari tents. The park also features a horse camping area and day riding, event facilities, an archery range, fishing, a marina with boat rentals, putt putt golf course, guided trail rides, swimming and day-use area, zipline canopy tours, and dining at Creem at the Creek. The park has hiking and biking trails, as well as horse trails. The Vulcan Orienteering Club (VOC) is also located within the park. Entrance fees and park passes apply.
