The park is tidy and neat, and very dog-friendly with no uncleaned dog waste seen. However, feral cats live in the park, providing snake and rodent control and some cat waste around. Unfortunately, there is no cable TV or park Wifi, but modern and clean restrooms and laundry facilities are available. Verizon signal is weak, and OTA channels are available. The park has a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk to the beach, which is a short walk away. However, restaurants and stores are not within walking distance. The park provides very good value, with monthly rates available. Muddy conditions can occur during rainfall but the sites are otherwise flat and even.
