The park features large campsites, around 70 feet in length, with an average spacing of 50 feet between sites featuring trees that are kind of close to sites. While there are a significant number of long-term campers, the park is clean and friendly. Amenities include newer laundry facilities and two full baths in the office that are available 24/7, as well as big RV spots. As an added bonus, the park offers 55-page glossy magazines with city information upon check-in, and the staff sells prime cuts of beef from grass-fed longhorns. However, some facilities, such as the laundry, are only available during office hours and require an extra fee. Some past visitors reported poor business practices, such as charging extra fees for utilities without prior notice, and a hostile or unhelpful management team. Additionally, while the spacing between campsites offers plenty of privacy, some guests suggested enforcing park rules to prevent a trashy appearance. Overall, A okAy Mobile Home RV Park is a spacious and well-maintained campground that makes for a pleasant stay.
