From The Campground
Lake Jackson RV Park at Florala is a compact 40-acre park located on the shores of Alabama's only natural lake, the 500-acre Lake Jackson. The park offers swimming, a bike path and walking trail, excellent fishing, a scenic picnic area, and a modern lakeside campground. The campground has 28 campsites with 50-amp electrical service, water and sewage, picnic tables and grills, a bathhouse with coin-operated laundry, and a large pavilion available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The park also features a wetlands park, Civic Center named for Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient Rodney J. Evans and is part of the Alabama Birding Trail.
