This small, quiet gem of a campground is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Enjoy the clubhouse, park outings, weekly get-togethers, game nights and parties. The park features a brand new clubhouse with clean bathrooms and large immaculate shower rooms. Theres no cable, but there are strong terrestrial broadcast signals from ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and PBS. There are lots of community activities with group dining at local restaurants and potluck dinners and parties. The park is spotless and the Manager and Owners are on site and they are very helpful, friendly and take great pride in their RV Park. Theres no cable, but there are strong terrestrial broadcast signals from ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and PBS. The park is 12 miles from the Gulf and close to shopping, dining, and medical facilities. Theres a concrete patio and pad and the grassed lot is beautiful. Enjoy the warm sunny days and the opportunity to wash your rig. This is a great place to stay for a quiet, peaceful break from the busy campgrounds found closer to the beaches.

Magnolia Farms RV Park is a tropical oasis in a country setting, located in Foley, Alabama. It is conveniently located off of Alabama's Coastal Connection National Scenic Byway and only minutes away from the pristine, white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The park offers a place to rest and relax after soaking up the sun or visiting some of the incredible local attractions. The park has a large communal outdoor sitting area, a clubhouse with a full kitchen and large flatscreen TV, and is in a quiet location close to everything but far enough away that it's still peaceful.
