The sites vary in size but are wide enough for breathing space and awnings. The park has everything you need for a comfortable stay with nice laundry, bath/shower facilities, pool, and playground area. The WIFI works great, and the AT&T phones work fine. The park is set among Palm trees and salt marsh and borders Gulf State Park with great walking trails and a small park with a boardwalk over the marsh. Its conveniently located close to everything you need, and there are wonderful nature trails nearby.

The RV spots accommodate both 30 & 50 amp electrical service, with concrete pads, water, sewer, and cable hookups at every site. They also have a NEW Bunkhouse unit for rent- perfect for those wanting to try out RVing, or wanting to get close to the beach but don’t have their own RV!
