The spot itself is a mix of gravel, grass, shrubs, and dirt, with some mud and puddles in low spots due to recent rains. The owners have set up an outdoor bath area to make clean up a breeze. Unfortunately, the campground is not well-maintained and the internet is unreliable. There is also construction at the entrance due to a bridge reconstruction. Despite these issues, the campground could be a beautiful place to stay with some tender loving care.

The campground is kept as natural as possible and offers open, grassy meadows, abundant trails, and a beautiful creek for guests to enjoy. It is a peaceful stop in the country, a 'Park' not a 'Parking Lot', and a safe place for guests to relax and unwind. The campground offers a quiet place for families to take a slow walk after a long day on the road and fall asleep listening to the sounds of the night, including frogs and crickets.
