What others are saying
Cherokee Campground in Helena, AL is an older park, but the owners are excellent and take great care of the area. The entry road is smooth and paved. The RV spots are made of busted up concrete, but somehow campers end up level with just minor adjustments. The roads are on rustic asphalt and the grounds are generally clean of trash, etc. While there isnt much to do in the campground, the office is well-stocked with essential items. The park is a mix of residents and short-term guests and we found it to be a nice place to stay. Overall, its one of those campgrounds that sticks with you and we had a good nights sleep.
