Redstone Arsenal RV Park is a great spot for those looking for a convenient and affordable camping experience. Located on the base, the RV park offers 70 sites with 25x65 pull-through concrete pads with 50A FHU, making it easy to enter through Gate 8 on Goss Rd. The park is well maintained, with level concrete pads and gravel roads, and is close to all major stores and restaurants. It also features a nice fenced dog park, a shower and laundry facility with 4 machines each costing $1, and trails nearby for easy bike rides or hikes. The campground is also close to the commissary, exchange, gas station, and car wash. The only drawback is that there is no shade, but the price cant be beat. Check in is easy and the camp host is friendly and helpful.
