The campground offers electric and water hookup at most sites, and while some sites are uneven, the park is well-maintained. Check-in is quick and easy, and the first-come, first-served policy makes it easy for campers to find a spot. The park is rich with history, showcasing old structures and highlighting the areas iron and steel history as well as civil war happenings. The back-in spots are particularly pleasant with a soothing sound of water running next to them. Even though there is barely any cell phone signal and the laundry room can use a deep clean, overall the park is a great experience for all.
