There is no shade, picnic table, laundry, or fire ring, but the park does have a playground for kids and a path to the river. The biggest draw for this park is the Capitol Oyster Bar located right next door, which serves excellent seafood and is open Wednesday to Sunday. The owner is friendly and responsive, and the price of $40 per night is a bit pricey but worth it for the convenience. This is a great spot for an overnight stay or for a stopover while visiting Montgomery.

Montgomery Marina RV Resort is a small RV park located just a mile or two from both I-65 and I-85, making it centrally located in Montgomery. The park offers quiet, safe, and clean sites with level gravel pads and full hookups (30/50, water, sewer). There are pull-thru sites and back-in locations for long-term guests. The park has a bathhouse and a restaurant that is somehow associated with the park. The manager, Ashton, is helpful and kind, making check-in a breeze. While the playground looks a bit rough, it is still available for use. The park offers good wifi, although it did not work for one reviewer. Overall, Montgomery Marina RV Resort is a great spot for a night's sleep or a few nights stay.
