The Woods RV Resort is located conveniently off of the interstate, making it a perfect spot for a short stay. It has a mix of long-term and short-term stays with the permanent residents in the back section of the park and the front section for nightly and short-term stays. The sites are decently sized with good power, and most of the permanent rigs look nice. The park features a small fenced-in dog park and large grassy areas for walking dogs. The pond in the back of the park is nice to look at with a fountain and ducks. While the location might be odd behind a couple of fast-food restaurants, its expected given its proximity to the interstate. The park is under new ownership and appears to be making some nice renovations. Booking is done online, which can be self-serve, and the staff members we have interacted with were very friendly. However, some current visitors have noticed that little is being done to keep the park clean and well-maintained with some overgrown areas. Additionally, some visitors have reported issues with identifying the park entrance and sometimes have had trouble contacting the park by phone.
