This campground is located at the end of Coden, AL, and offers stunning views of the bay. It is a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for those seeking solitude. The sites are level and covered with pea gravel, and all have electric hookup. There is no bath house, store, check-in station, picnic tables, or laundry facilities. There is a fishing pier across the street, approximately 150 feet long, which goes into the bay. There is also a small pool, but it was murky and unusable during our stay. The tap water is kind of cloudy and has a slight tint which is probably normal for coastal areas. There is no designated pet area, but most campers walk their dogs across the street near the water or on an empty lot nearby. There is a town nearby with groceries and eateries, and you are close to Mobile and Biloxi.
