There is also a community fire pit, bingo night, game afternoon, and monthly pot luck gatherings. It is conveniently located just off the Baldwin county expressway in Summerdale, Alabama, close to Robertsdale and the areas around Foley and Gulf Shores, AL. It is easy access to the expressway from interstate 10 and only 1 hour from Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL and 30 minutes from the beach. The campground is very clean and quiet, with the exception of the navy using a local remote field to practise touch and go landings. It is a great place to stay for both short and long term visits and is suitable for retirees, couples, and families without pets or kids.
