This campground is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. It offers spacious sites with nice views and plenty of shade, as well as a picnic table and fire pit. The roads are gravel and can be a bit tricky to navigate with a big rig, but they are doable. The fresh water hookup is close to the sewer, but the campground is still well-maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the laundry and bath facilities are in one building with a small library. The campground is close to Muscle Shoals and offers a variety of local attractions and activities. The train tracks across the road can be noisy, but the highway noise is also prevalent. The WiFi is a medium-to-weak signal, but it is usable for emails and streaming music. There are mostly full-time campers, but the campground is still cozy and quaint.
