Cherokee Lakes RV Park is a secluded campground located off the beaten path. The narrow county roads make it a bit inconvenient to reach, but traffic is very light and the owners son will meet you at the gate and guide you to your spot. The park has done a great job with stonework around a waterfall and pond, and each of the pull through overnight sites has a small concrete patio with a picnic table. There is no cable or satellite, but you can receive over 40 digital channels from an antenna. Verizon reception and Dish signal are both good. The park is continuing to make improvements and is a great option for those looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.
