Campsites can be booked online, except during the off-season when all sites are walk-in. The campground has two loops, A and B, with sites that are mostly level and spaced appropriately. Loop A has fewer trees and is situated along a wide, quiet river, while Loop B is more wooded and backs up to a small pond. Amenities include a boat launch, picnic pavilions, basketball courts, playground, and fire pits. The park is also close to lots of shopping and restaurants in Fort Smith, and the lock and dam provide a beautiful view.
