What others are saying about this campground
White River Campground is a family-friendly campground located between two old bridges in Cotter, Arkansas. It is nestled on the banks of the White River, offering beautiful views and a cool river breeze in the evenings. The park is very clean and safe, and the owners are gracious and accommodating. Sites are large and well-spaced, and most are quite shady. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. The park is pet-friendly and offers plenty of outdoor activities, such as fishing, swimming, and a rope swing. The entrance is well marked with a large sign, and the closest Walmart is in Flippin, about 10 minutes away. The bathrooms could use some attention, but overall the campground is a great location for a quiet getaway. The historic Cotter Bridge is lit up at night, creating a perfect backdrop, and the trout fishing is some of the best around.
