Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville is an older, spacious park located in Fayetteville with good shopping close by. The park is very convenient if you are attending something in the city due to its location. The Razorbacks Football supporters occupy the park during game weekends, which is really designed for a day or two stay. Approximately half of the park is closed for the winter except for a few long-term residents. There are a number of residents living there for work in the area. It has sewer, water, and electric hookups but no picnic tables or chairs. The water pressure was low, but there was fairly good TV reception over the air.

Southgate RV Park is a well-established campground that has been serving visitors since 1946. The park offers 50 deluxe sites with city water, sewer, and trash, 30 pull-throughs, and 30-50 amps electrical. The sites are level and shaded, providing peace and quiet for guests. The park is pet-friendly and has 5 acres of green space for exercising pets and play. The bathhouse is handicap accessible, and there is a laundry facility on-site. Southgate RV Park is conveniently located within the city limits and is the only RV park that accommodates overnights. The park is only minutes away from popular Fayetteville attractions, including Razorback games, the Square, Bike, Blues and BBQ, Walton Arts Center, and much more!
