What others are saying
Kyles Landing is a beautiful campground located along the Buffalo National River in Arkansas. It is a walk-in campground, with sites featuring tables, fire pits, and access to the river. It is a popular take-out spot for paddle trips from the town of Ponca, and is known for its scenic views and peaceful atmosphere. The campground has two bathrooms that are kept clean, as well as two fresh water points available to the public. Most sites have trees for hammocks and grass for tents, and some have direct river access. It is recommended that you use a high clearance vehicle and 4x4 to access the campground, though all types of vehicles can make it in good weather. The campground is a great spot for camping, kayaking, canoeing, and hiking, and is close to the Buffalo Outdoor Center for easy access to float the river. There is a general store at the top of the road for renting kayaks and a coin operated shower, and the road has been recently improved for better access. Cell service is minimal to nonexistent, making it a great spot for reducing screen time and reconnecting with nature.
