Shady Oaks Campground & RV Park is a great place for RV camping located in Harrison, AR. The owners are very friendly and have events to include all campers. There is a dog park and small laundry room on site, as well as three bathrooms, one with showers and a dog wash station at two bathrooms. The campgrounds have lovely grounds, nature trails, and a variety of bird species including woodpeckers. The trees provide bright shade to enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery. The hosts also sell fresh eggs at the office. The campgrounds are well maintained and there is a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Shady Oaks Campground & RV Park is a peaceful and nostalgic campground located in the Ozarks. The campground offers beautiful cabins, spacious RV sites, and tent/hammock camping. The Buffalo National River is just fifteen minutes away with kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking, ATV riding, waterfall viewing, and more. The campground is also rich in Civil War landmarks and is a favorite for motorcycle riders. Shady Oaks offers a pavilion with a kitchen area, charcoal grill, seating for large groups, and a sofa and large screen TV and games galore. Just outside is a playground, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, and a splash pad for those warmer days of summer. The campground also has multiple dishwashing stations, coin-operated laundry, multiple showers and toilets, including handicap accessible located throughout the campground, groomed nature trails, off-leash dog park, new doggy wash, rec room with pool tables, ping pong, shovelboard, free Wi-Fi, good cell reception, propane fill station, fire rings and picnic tables at each site, small store offering wood bundles, ice, and other essentials, and a large playground and splash pad for the kids.
