Cloud Nine RV Park is a nice park situated on top of a hill in Hot Springs National Park, AR. Guests have reported that the road going up to the park is now well-maintained, so any issues with potholes should no longer be a problem. However, some guests did mention encountering a wobbly electrical box which shut off the power when touched, and an adjacent site with no running water. Additionally, some guests had difficulty navigating the tight spaces and maneuvering large vehicles within the park. That being said, the park location has excellent cell and internet reception due to towers in the area. The parks staff and neighbors were described as friendly by reviews. Overall, the park is located in a great area close to attractions and the Hot Spring National Park.
