This campground is located in Hot Springs and is conveniently located near the lake and other attractions. It is a mixed park with some full-time and older units, and the staff is very pleasant and professional. The campground is not fancy, but it is adequate with a sewer connection and a small surface campfire site. There is no cable TV available for short-term stays. The park is not well-maintained, with rough old trailers, junk, and debris. There are also nails in the ground, and there are some sketchy people walking around. The trees need to be trimmed back, making it difficult to position larger rigs. There is also a pool area that is nice and clean, and visitors are asked to leave their plastic bottled water at the campsite before entering.

The resort offers 81 lots, all 20' by 50', with full utility connections for all campers and motor homes. Amenities include a large pool, beautiful walking routes, bayou fishing, free WIFI, and shared recreational community areas. The resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from downtown Hot Springs, offering shopping and entertainment. All animals are welcomed except pitbulls, rottweilers, and dobermans. Daily rates range from $27.50 a night to $38.50 a night, with a 10% discount for Good Sam Club members.
