The campground is well maintained and conveniently located with close proximity to the town of Hot Springs. The sites are a bit small and close together, but the campground is clean and the creek running through it is a nice touch. The fireflies were a pleasant surprise and the nearby trails offer great views of the surrounding area. There are basic amenities such as flush toilets, picnic tables, and hookups at each site. Its a great spot to camp if youre looking for a convenient location to explore Hot Springs National Park and its history.

From The Campground

Gulpha Gorge Campground is located in Hot Springs National Park and offers 40 campsites that can accommodate both tents and RVs. All sites have full hookups, picnic tables, pedestal grills, and water. Modern restrooms are available but there are no showers. The maximum occupancy is limited to eight people/two vehicles per site. The campground is open year-round and reservations are required on Recreation.gov. The campground is limited to a total of 14 consecutive days and a cumulative total of 30 days in any calendar year. Each 14-day consecutive stay must be followed by a minimum of a 7-day break.
