Sites are well defined with picnic tables and fire pits. Bathrooms are very clean, trash is always emptied, and rangers are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a AAA spot right on the lake and it was wonderful. The site was clean and spacious with a picnic table, fire ring, a tent pad & FHU. The lake is great for boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, and there is a nature center. The park is family friendly and offers something for everyone. There is no wifi, but cell service is good and satellite television will work well at some sites. The nearby town has a movie theater and shopping. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
