The campground features nice amenities such as a playground, pool, walking trail, fishing ponds, full hook up sites, storm shelters, cabins, laundry and clean bathrooms. There are also several hiking trails nearby. What makes this campground stand out is the caring owners who go above and beyond to ensure guests and their furry friends are safe, especially during bad storms and tornado warnings. The staff is always ready to assist with any issues. Although road noise can be heard from some sites, its not a deal-breaker. Its a nice area to spend some time camping. Overall, we recommend Shadow Mountain RV Park and plan to return for a relaxing stay.
