This campground is a great rustic spot for those looking for a unique outdoor experience. Although the sites are close together and there is no access to OTA TV, the park cable is decent and the two young ladies who work in the store are incredibly helpful. The park features dirt roads and sites, very little grassy areas, and a shallow river for floating. There are also level sites, gravel roads in good shape, and a swimming pool. Unfortunately, the trees are not trimmed and the bridge is unsafe, and there have been reports of dogs running loose and unfriendly staff. The park has recently suffered through two floods, but is still a beautiful area.

Anglers White River Resort offers lodging and camping options including White River Cabins, Sylamore Creek Cabins, motel rooms, and RV/camping sites. The resort offers guided fishing, boat rentals, and float trips for fishing enthusiasts. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals with a view of the White River. The resort also has a gift shop, tackle shop, and convenience store. Outdoor activities include trout and bass fishing, birding, exploring, canoeing, scenic drives, day hikes, mountain biking, hunting, and cave tours. The Mountain View square features small unique boutiques and the Ozark Folk Center offering Ozark arts and crafts. The resort is family-friendly and hosts several festivals throughout the year.
