Although the bathrooms and laundry are clean, some aspects could be better maintained. The park does not offer propane, but there is a nearby location where it can be obtained. Wildlife can be seen from the sites, and the owner and staff are friendly. Despite there being no host on-site at night, the park is peaceful. However, one guest had issues with the pricing and tax rates. Overall, the park overlooks the river and has some sites in a Loblolly pine forest, and the bathrooms are ADA compliant.

Dan’s Riverview RV Park is a clean and well-maintained campground with 9 full-service campsites. The RV spots are level and well-maintained, and the campground is shaded by trees. The amenities include water, sewer, and up to 50 AMP electrical services, a handicap accessible shower house, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and a convenient dump station. The gentle wooden hillside beckons a relaxing walk in the shade. The owner, Dan, is a swell guy who has great hospitality and has true concerns about his guests. He welcomes all pets as long as you follow park policy for your animal's safety.
