This campground is a great place for those looking for a quiet and secluded getaway. Located remotely, it offers beautiful scenery and solitude, however, there is no wifi or cell coverage except for the big two. The water at the campground is not suitable for drinking, and when it rains, pools of standing water form. The winding road to the campground is hilly, curvy and narrow, and there is a 14-mile road to Rogers shopping. The owners are friendly and helpful, but the campground is not suitable for those in electric wheelchairs. There is a boat dock nearby, however, it is not accessible from the campground. There is a nearby restaurant, Sam’s Olde Tyme Hamburgers, that serves great food. Despite the distance to amenities, the campground is close to Eureka Springs, Bentonville and Branson, MO for day trips.
