What others are saying about this campground
Old Post Road in Russellville, AR is a beautiful park with many mature shade trees. While there are a couple of minor drawbacks, the friendly staff and beautiful surroundings make it a lovely spot to camp. Reviewers note that the park is close to several state parks, and many of the sites are level with good shade. Visitors can enjoy the view of the river, especially when a barge is going by. While reviewers suggest that some of the bathrooms are old and dated, they are generally clean and well-maintained. Additionally, some reviewers note that there is a constant humming noise from a nearby paper plant that can be heard, but it soon fades into the background as white noise. Overall, Old Post Road is a peaceful and enjoyable RV park that many visitors would happily return to.
