This campground is located in the heart of the Arkansas Ozarks and is a great base camp for exploring Hobbs State Park. It offers 26 sites with fire rings, tables, and ample shade. Some sites have extra pads for tents, but all of them are level and big enough for a big tent. The shower house is nice and clean, and the campground is close to Rogers, Bentonville, and Eureka Springs. It can get hot in the summer, but there is plenty of shade. The campground is peaceful and has great views, and there is a nearby marina with a boat ramp. The sites have electricity but no water hookups, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The campground is basic and on very steep hills, and there is no access to the lake for swimming due to contaminated water. However, it is a great spot to relax and enjoy nature.
