This campground is located off the main highway and down narrow streets in an older part of town. It is a gated community, but the park itself is run down and in need of repair. The sites are small and difficult to navigate, and the hookups are antiquated. There is no satellite TV reception due to the trees, and the restrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the park is not suitable for a relaxing vacation. It is a mashup of an RV park and Section 8 housing, and there is a lot of noise from the nearby train switch yard. There is also a halfway house on the next block, making the park feel unsafe.
