Dam Site Campground in Heber Springs, Arkansas is a COE campground along with several others on Greers Ferry Lake. The campground is large and the sites are spacious making it big-rig friendly. The town of Heber Springs is nearby, about 5-10 minutes away, with basic stores and amenities. The Daylight Donuts shop down the road is recommended. The campground has a large lake for swimming, cliff jumping, hiking, and exploring caves. The bathhouses are clean and well-maintained with 8 individual rooms with a toilet and shower. Loop J has great views of the lake and 50 amp hook-ups, but no water hook-up. The highlight of the campground is the beautiful bluff behind Pavilion #3. It is a great place to explore and enjoy the scenery. There is something for everyone to do and discover.
