What others are saying about this campground
Old Highway 25 in Tumbling Shoals, AR is a spacious campground that is highly recommended for a camping experience. It has ample shade to keep you cool, even during heat advisories. The campground is open from March to October, has 116 sites, with 80 electric. Fees range from $16 to $20, and can be reserved through 877-444-6777 or recreation.gov. The campground offers plenty of amenities, including a boat ramp, drinking water, dump station, playground, flush toilets, showers, picnic tables, fish cleaning tables, water sites, swimming beach, and day use areas. Although the campground is older, it has a great deal of charm and beauty, with sites mainly shaded with typical forest trees in the area. Wildlife spotting from your campsite is a common occurrence. The sites are generally smaller than you will find in private campgrounds, so be sure to check the site sizes to make sure your unit will fit. The sunsets are amazing if you have a water site, and you can even have your own mini cliff to jump off to go swimming. Some sites even have boat docks. Overall, Old Highway 25 is a great destination for RV campers.
