What others are saying about this campground
Nelsons Family Campground in East Hampton, CT is a lovely park thats well-maintained and provides a lot of activities for kids. There are seasonal sites with permanent decks on the property, but most are well-kept. While some sites face the maintenance area and there was some noise from work being done in the morning, there are plenty of wooded sites to choose from, too. The parks location is good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The laundry room is clean and the machines are functional. Visitors recommend approaching the park from Main Street in East Hampton, as it can be difficult to navigate due to narrow and winding roads. All in all, Nelsons Family Campground is a great destination thats worth considering for a future trip.
