This campground is a great place to stay for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Located in the beautiful rural wooded/farmland setting of Higganum, the grounds are spacious and full of big, pretty trees. The owner is warm and hospitable, and was attentive to anything we needed. The site we stayed at was level, but required a couple boards under the wheels to level, and had 50 amp electrical, water, and sewer. There were only two other families due to the end of the season, making it nice and quiet. Getting to the campground from I-95 in a big rig was a little challenging, but the speed limit is 25 mph and there was not much traffic. The camp hostess was very friendly and helpful. There are much better values in Connecticut, but this one is worth the trip.

From The Campground

Little City has beautiful grounds, very clean bathrooms and a lovely pool area. We are a very quiet campground. Bring your family to swim, ride bikes or just hang out.
