One downside is the dammed lake has been closed due to a high bacteria count caused by drought. Nonetheless, the nearby town is only a short drive away, so its easy to get supplies, like groceries, at the Walmart nearby. Negative comments include that the dump station is a concrete bowl instead of a direct connection. Overall, its a fantastic camping experience for those looking to escape from the hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in nature.
