The lot is well lit and security is on duty 24/7. A great place to stay for a few days. Mohegan Sun Casino in eastern CT is a great place for RVers to stay for a few days. The designated parking lot, Trading Cove, is a large blacktop parking area with no hookups and no shade, so an inverter generator is recommended if temperatures get too high. Security is great in and around the RV spaces and they provide a pass good for seven days of dry camping. The shuttle runs every 10 to 15 minutes to the casino and masks are required full time with the exception of while eating. There is a septic company phone number provided for vacuuming holding tanks at a price. The lot overlooks the river and the perimeter spaces are level. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options at the casino and it is one of the cleanest and largest casinos. Security will come around to the lot to issue a permit and shuttles run fairly often.
