The park has a large splash pad, a fun playground, and a fabulous bounce house, perfect for entertaining children. The hayride is also a blast for both children and adults. The camp store is great if you want to buy souvenirs, but not daily groceries. The park is located 40 minutes from Rehoboth Beach, but the closest beach is only 10 minutes away, though its on a bay and not the Atlantic Ocean. The town of Milford, with its Walmart, Grottos, Royal Farms, and 9-screen movie theater, is also close by. T-Mobile service is excellent, and Wi-Fi is available but not necessarily reliable. The staff is described as amazing, but it should be noted that the pool area can get too crowded and the pool itself can be dirty and cloudy on busier days. The newer water slides are also small, and the pool area is tiny. In terms of the campsites, the park felt safe and is quiet, making for a pleasant stay. The campground has very large sites and paved roads, but all sites are on grass, and some sites have a small concrete slab under the picnic table. The premium sites share water spigots among four RVs, so its wise to bring at least 50 feet of hose. However, the grounds are not level, and the interior roads are all gravel, so it can be difficult for diesel pushers to access sites. Additionally, the camp dog park is small, and the pool area is not shady.
