Holly Lake Campground is a wooded traditional campground with organized activities, a large pool, and clean restrooms. It is located 30 minutes away from Delaware Seashore State Park and is a great spot for campfires. Unfortunately, the campground is full of abandoned RVs and the language of some of the long-term campers is not family-friendly. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and the camp store is well-stocked with food. However, the bath houses are a bit gross and the maintenance staff is almost non-existent. The roads are narrow and not wide enough for a 30 motorhome and an oncoming car or pickup truck to pass without scraping. The sites are full of trash, concrete cinder blocks, and broken up sewer hose. For the price of $60 a night (full hook up), the campground is not worth it and they do not offer refunds if you leave early.

Holly Lake Campsites is a family-owned and operated campground on 500 acres of picturesque, rustic woodlands and wetlands. We offer 30- amp and 50-amp full-service hook up with water, electric, and sewer for campers and RVs, tent camping with water and electric access, and primitive cabin rentals. Holly Lake Campsites is located in Millsboro, Delaware, just 9 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay, and is a two-and-a-half- hour drive from the Philadelphia metropolitan area, Washington DC, or Baltimore. We are within minutes of outlet shopping, the area’s best beaches, casinos, and public docks for boat launching and fishing.
