From The Campground
Sea Air Village and Rehoboth Beach host many yearly events, including the annual Sea Witch and Fiddlers Festival and the Greyhounds Reach-the-Beach weekend. Minutes north of the community is the history town of Lewes, the First Town in the First State, founded in 1631. Explore the Historic District with remarkable homes (the oldest in Delaware), museums, art galleries, dining, and unique shops. Situated where the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean meet, Lewes boasts beautiful beaches for surfing, fishing, and swimming. Enjoy a cruise on the Cape May/Lewes Ferry and take in historic lighthouses, picturesque harbors, seabirds, and dolphins. Along our Atlantic coast line, Cape Henlopen State Park has 4,000 acres of preserved lands with miles of bike and nature walking trails, a beach, and a fishing pier. We are across the street from access to the Wolfe Neck Junction & Breakwater Trail, part of the Delaware State Parks, that connects the town of Lewes to Rehoboth Beach with a scenic bicycle and walking trail.
