Cascade River State Park is a beautiful spot for backpacking. The campground has a great hiking trail that leads to sites with stunning views. BP#2 is a perfect site, very quiet and secluded. Its a bit of a hike up to the site, but well worth the effort. The site is equipped with a covered wooden structure, a good sized bear box, picnic table, and fire ring. There is also a pit toilet nearby....
